How do refunds work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. We do not offer refunds for partial periods or unused time because the product provides instant access to exportable research. Cancel anytime; access remains until the end of your current billing cycle. Read the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Start with the Free plan and upgrade anytime. Free includes 1 live niche; Pro includes unlimited niches for $29/month. Cancellation stops renewal while paid access continues until the current period ends. Manage your subscription from Billing.
What sources do you use, and what are the permissions?
We collect available public App Store reviews and Reddit data through configured access. Sources can be blocked, rate-limited or incomplete, and we show that status. Public visibility does not grant unrestricted reuse: follow each platform’s rules and community etiquette. We do not offer automated outreach.
What does validated mean here?
It means a complaint has traceable supporting evidence, not that customers will buy your solution. Scores prioritize research hypotheses. Interviews and paid experiments are still needed to test demand.
Can I keep my exports?
Pro includes downloadable dossier exports that you can keep; Free provides a research preview with exports locked. Original platform content remains subject to its owners’ rights and platform terms. Sample exports stay marked as fictional demo data.
How do I get support?
