Data we use
We store your name, email, salted password hash, session records, workspace membership, research configuration, evidence excerpts, and subscription identifiers. Waitlist submissions include your name, email, and optional product idea. Request network addresses may be used temporarily for abuse prevention. We do not store plaintext passwords or payment card details.
Why we process it
We use this information to authenticate you, isolate workspace research, deliver password resets and welcome messages, send paid-workspace weekly briefings, process entitlements, and operate the product. We do not sell your account data.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the application; Supabase/PostgreSQL stores workspace data. Resend delivers transactional emails when enabled. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record and processes subscription payments under its own privacy terms. Configured OpenAI services may receive complaint text to generate clusters, translations, hypotheses, and interview guides. DataForSEO may receive research keywords for commercial metrics. Providers may process data outside your country.
Public-source research
Evidence may contain public authors, dates, ratings, review text, and source links from App Store or Reddit. Public availability is not permission for unrelated uses: avoid entering sensitive personal information into research inputs. Fictional fixtures are labeled and are distinct from live-source evidence.
Cookies and retention
Essential cookies maintain your session, workspace choice, selected upgrade plan, and email-delivery notices. Demo preferences and saved research selections may be stored in your browser. Research is retained until you delete it or request workspace deletion. Sessions and reset tokens expire. Records required for security, tax, or legal reasons may be retained longer; backups can persist until their retention cycle completes.
Your choices and deletion
Delete individual niches in workspace settings. To request account/workspace deletion, access, correction, or to stop nonessential emails, write to nicheradar.si@gmail.com from your account email. We verify ownership before acting. Deleting your NicheRadar OS account does not erase transaction records independently retained by Lemon Squeezy.
