The service
NicheRadar OS helps you research software opportunities using traceable public complaints, commercial intent proxies, and interview guides. Evidence and AI summaries support hypotheses; they do not establish validated demand, prove revenue potential, or replace your own customer research. Clearly labeled samples and the public demo are fictional.
Your account and workspace
Keep your login credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity in your workspace. Plan limits and available features are shown on the pricing and billing pages. Do not use the service for harassment, unlawful processing of personal data, unauthorized source access, or attempts to access another workspace.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for subscription purchases, handling payments, applicable transaction taxes, and receipts. Its buyer terms also apply to purchases. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel through the billing portal: renewal stops, and paid access continues until the current paid period ends. At expiry the workspace returns to Free limits; cancellation does not immediately delete your research.
Cancellation and refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial periods or unused time because the product provides instant access to exportable research. Cancel anytime from billing settings; access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
Free and paid access
Start with the Free plan without a payment method. Upgrade anytime to Pro for $29/month plus applicable tax. Review the price and payment details at checkout before confirming your purchase. Cancelling a paid subscription retains access through the paid billing period.
Availability and evidence
Collection depends on source access, recent review availability, and provider limits. A blocked source or zero qualifying reviews is disclosed. We cannot promise complete coverage, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy of every AI-generated summary. Inspect source links and assumptions before relying on an output.
Contact and account deletion
For support, account deletion, or questions about these terms, contact nicheradar.si@gmail.com. Individual niches can be deleted in their settings. Account and workspace deletion requests require verification of account ownership. We may retain records required for tax, security, or legal obligations; Lemon Squeezy maintains its own transaction records.
