Monthly billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.
Free plan
Start with the Free plan without a payment method. Upgrade anytime to Pro for $29/month plus applicable tax. Review your monthly payment details at checkout before confirming your purchase.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your workspace billing settings. Access remains until the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewals; at expiry your workspace returns to Free. Cancellation does not itself permanently delete your data.
Partial periods and unused time
We do not offer refunds for partial periods or unused time because the product provides instant access to exportable research. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Data deletion
To delete your account or workspace, contact nicheradar.si@gmail.com. We verify ownership before removal. Financial records independently held by Lemon Squeezy and records we must retain for legal obligations are handled separately.
